Toured these townhomes and I must say they are beautiful so is the community. I would’ve given 5 stars but the layout of the two 4 bedrooms which l want has me torn. The 3 story is perfect for entertaining with the spacious living and dining area but the secondary bedrooms upstairs are tiny and master closet and bathroom is small. You get no driveway or backyard with the 3 story only a garage. A balcony would’ve been nice to make up for that. The 2 story 4 bedroom has the perfect size bedrooms and closets but the living room and dining space is small. You get a cute little backyard yard space and driveway with the 2 story. There’s a train track literally in front of community so if you’re sensitive to noise I would select a unit on backside. The train was really loud. There’s also a youth detention center right before community, but the area is minutes away from restaurants, access to highway, Lanier Technical College, YMCA, and much more. Definitely has many perks that outweigh other things. I strongly encourage going to do the in person self guided tour before applying. It’s on my top 3 places to move if there’s any available when my lease expires although I’m torn between the two 4 bedroom models. Reducing the loft space and expanding those secondary bedrooms in the 3 story would’ve made this community my #1.

Me & my sister got a tour from william. Honestly He was great, answered all of our questions, gave us some advice on renting being that fact this would be our first time. Gave us some tips . We toured a 3 bedroom & a 4 bedroom 2 story home . also met some of the neighbors & i can say i love this neighborhood already. William was very patient and gave me and my sister enough time and space to see how we like the home, he didn’t rush us and he didn’t pressure us into anything he kinda went with the flow and i love that . I definitely recommend this neighborhood. All in All william was great, Wish him nothing but blessings and many more.
